The Story
As a wildfire draws every set of eyes to the other side of the state, a man carrying a secret uses the distraction to finally search for Gary Hinge’s last known whereabouts, deep in the Nevada high desert.
Verdict
I think this is the strongest of the sequels so far. The wildfire backdrop gives the investigation real urgency the second film was missing, and I found myself genuinely pulled along by where it was headed. Still not quite the original, but the closest any of the follow-ups have come.
