The Story
A documentary filmmaker who’s gone missing left behind a finished cut of his last project: a patient, unsettling investigation into a series of seemingly unconnected paranormal events, all tied to a single ancient curse.
Verdict
This is one I recommend cautiously, because it demands patience most modern found footage doesn’t ask for. It’s nearly two hours long, and it takes its time weaving together interviews, TV clips, and recovered footage into one larger mystery. I found that patience genuinely rewarding by the end, but I know it won’t work for everyone. If you liked Incantation’s slow-burn dread, I think this is the film that paved the way for it.
