The Story
A horror web-series crew travels to a real, abandoned Korean asylum to livestream a night exploring it for their audience, and finds considerably more waiting for them than viewers.
Verdict
The livestream framing is doing more work here than it first appears — every camera angle, chat overlay, and staged jump-scare setup that the crew plans for their audience becomes a genuine liability once something real starts happening, since the format was never built for actual danger. The location itself, a real and reportedly cursed asylum, gives the back half a claustrophobic intensity that a purely fictional setting couldn’t match.
