Quarantine 2: Terminal
Genre HORROR
Theme Zombies / Infected
Style Not Found Footage
Director: John Pogue · Cast: Mercedes Mason, Josh Cooke, Bre Blair, Ignacio Serricchio
The Story
A passenger plane lands at an airport after a night flight with a mysterious virus on board. The government locks down the terminal and the survivors have to fight for their lives while the people in charge refuse to let anyone leave.
Verdict
This is not found footage, it is a normal thriller shot the usual way, which is the biggest difference from the first Quarantine. It is a direct-to-video sequel and it feels like one, with a small cast and an outbreak story we have seen before. I did not hate it, the airport is a decent location, but it never comes close to the original. Only watch it if you want to finish the franchise.
