The Story
A teenager investigating strange noises from his neighbor’s apartment ends up pulled into something much bigger than he expected, tied to the same mythology as the earlier films.
Verdict
I actually enjoyed this spin-off more than I expected to. Moving the story to a different family and a different neighborhood gave it a fresh energy the main series had started to lose by this point, and I liked that it leans a bit more into action than the earlier films did. It’s not essential, but I’d call it an underrated entry.
