The Story
David is a gifted teenager who finds old plans for a time machine in his late father’s belongings. He and his friends build it, and at first they use it for the things teenagers would: a lottery win, a party, a better grade. Then small changes start to add up.
Verdict
This is the lightest film in this batch, and that is fine. It is a fun teen sci-fi story with likeable leads, and the camcorder angle fits the story well, since the group films everything they do. The ideas are not new and the time travel logic does not hold up if you think about it too long. Do not think about it too long, and it is a good time.
