The Story
Two filmmakers researching conspiracy theories for a documentary stumble onto something they didn’t expect to actually find real: an ancient secret society with plans of its own.
Verdict
I like how grounded this one stays for most of its runtime, treating conspiracy culture seriously rather than mocking it, before the final act pulls the rug out from under you. The ending won’t satisfy everyone who wants a clean, tidy resolution, but I think that’s actually the point. Real conspiracies rarely wrap up neatly either, and I respect the film for not pretending otherwise.
